CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call 509-687-8467 to make arrangements. Declared maximum occupancy and pets strictly enforced. For check-ins after 8pm, there is a $60 late check-in fee.

RESERVATIONS:

2-night minimum reservation year-round

3-night minimum on holidays (MLK, Presidents, spring break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving weekend, all days in December when the ski hill is open and school is out, New Years)

PAYMENT: 50% deposit is required to hold cabin. Campsite reservations must be paid in full at the time of the reservation and are non-refundable. Balance due at or before check-in. We currently accept credit, debit cards or cash. VISA or Mastercard only.  We do not accept Discover or American Express cards. No personal checks are accepted as payment. Charges to your card will appear as Echo Cabins, LLC.

 

NO VISITOR POLICY: For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, Echo Valley Resort & Cabins is exclusively for registered guests only. No other persons shall occupy the Rental Property at any time. The rental rate is based declared guests for the cabin. Guest acknowledges that the number of persons at the property during any given time will NOT exceed 4 people in an Airstream, 1 bedroom cabin or campsite and 6 people in a 2 bedroom cabin. In the event that the maximum occupancy for the Rental Property is exceeded, Guest will be assessed an additional minimum charge of $250.00 per person and will be required to vacate the Rental Property with NO REFUND GIVEN. Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on registration form) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Owner’s advanced approval. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.

 

PET POLICY: Pets additional $20/night per pet. Pets must be declared while making a reservation and at check-in.  Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs. Do not leave the pet in the house unattended unless it is kenneled. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If your pet causes damage to the cabin or furnishings, the cost of the damage will be charged to the card you have on file with your reservation. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from security deposit. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on patio or porch. Echo Valley Resort & Cabins assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.  Pets are more than welcome in our pet-friendly cabins. All dogs must be leashed while outside and cannot be left alone inside your rental home or outside in a vehicle. Pets are allowed in pet-friendly cabins only, and they must be specified at time reservation is made. You must clean your pet’s waste, any time our housekeepers spend picking up after your dog will be charged at $50.00 per hour. Pets must be kept leashed at all times while on the resort property.

 

NO SMOKING/VAPING POLICY: Absolutely no smoking inside the cabins, office, pool, or other buildings. A $250 fee will be applied to your room charge if housekeeping determines you or your guests have smoked in the room. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & filters and furniture.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Campsite reservations are non-refundable. We know changes are sometimes necessary, if you need to change or cancel your cabin reservation outside of 30 days, there will be a full refund minus $40 processing fee.  If it is inside of 30 days, deposit refund minus 1 night’s rental fee and inside of 14 days your deposit is forfeited and you are responsible for the entire balance of your reservation booking. We are a small family-run resort and we are saving your cabin for you to enjoy.
